Please describe the issue as thoroughly as possible, how to reproduce it, and most importantly, leave a contact method and the best time for our Technical Response Team (TRT) to reach you.
If you are not able to access your dashboard, use this email link. Be sure to provide the serial number of your TrickTV ControlStation and describe the issue as thoroughly as possible. We'll respond within 24 hours. Sometimes faster.

The TrickTV ControlStation comes with 90 days of technical support and a limited warranty that covers your hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
Per Incident Support
TrickTV is there for you, with support coverage you can count on, no matter how long you've owned your TrickTV ControlStation.
In the event you need assistance beyond the initial 90 days, our Per-Incident-Support (PIS) service charges a nominal fee of $19.95 per event and delivers expert advice and technical support for any installation, usage, or troubleshooting scenarios.
Due to the differences in systems and their inherent complexities, Per-Incident-Support may only be purchased during normal business hours (CST).
Please note: Per-Incident-Support does not cover repair costs. In the event a hardware repair or replacement is required, RMA charges may be billed separately.
